Focused on Digital Transformations Projects in order to unblock technology capabilities and improve colaboration using the lastest technologies. I've worked with global product and technical teams in healthcare, Financial services, energy and Industry for companies such as Roche, Grifols, Gire and Edenor among others.
As a Manager I aim to be a change agent and an enabler. Creating an atmosphere of belonging, clarity and sense of purpose to boost collaboration and productivity.
How we do it
Discovery
Gaining clarity of "how things are working right now".
What are the user needs that needs to be fullfiled. .
Strategy
Once we understand the user needs is the moment to write down the vision, mission and strategy of the service.
Aligning
With the strategy and roadmap we need to get all the stakeholders aligned and working on the same page at the same time.
Measure
We need to be constantly collecting data, validating hypoteses and modifying processes in order to deliver more value and become more effective.
