Computer by Computer  (Because a big quantity was disconnected from Network and basic remote support tools were not available). with the objective to:

• Identify all computers in each ministry/service/department
• Identify all applications used and collaboration method getting samples of the applications with more complex migration requirements.
• Identify Users and Groups

With all the information of the analysis we did:

• DEV/TEST migration exercise for each application found in order to ensure the correct functionality once migrated to the centralized domain.
• Create the project timelines/logistic plan.
• Ensure Government Acceptance Signatures.

With all the information gattered we were in position to comunicate to the users the following information:

• What we are going to do
• How Is going to affect them
• When we are going to do it
• What they have to do in the migration process
• How to use the new tools provided by the centralized government

We proceed to migrate the users, computers and applications.

In this step the users have to execute scripts to move their data to the goverment private cloud

Once we completed the activities the project was Closed and we moved to the next project.

After finishing the migration activities we provide 2 weeks extra support and once finalized the period the users needed to call the Government helpdesk.
